Registration Policy & Terms

Please note: All admission items with employee headcount breakdown pertains only to industry companies (biotech & pharma companies.) All other admissions fall under the category of general/service provider and must pay that rate, regardless of employee headcount. A service provider is a company that does not directly work with a substance that needs approval by the FDA and/or does business-to-business sales. They provide a service to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry and includes, but is not limited to, law firms, banks, laboratory equipment suppliers, consulting firms, or IT services.
If a service provider company pays the industry fee, additional payment will be requested or registration may be canceled. 

*Admission cancellations prior to February 18, 2019 will result in a full refund. No refunds will be granted after. If you are no longer able to attend you may send a substitute from the same company in your place.

**No more than 2 attendees from a service provider company may attend the conference unless you are sponsoring the conference.
