Janeen Doyle is Head of Research & Early Development Alliance Management for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic collaborations that make up the distributed research and early development model. She leads a group of alliance leaders that proactively manage collaborations, governance structures and embed partnering best practices across the organization. Prior to the BMS acquisition of Celgene, Janeen had been with Celgene for 10 years and prior to this role she held various positions of increasing responsibilities in Business Development, Alliance Management & Integration, Project Leadership and Medical Affairs. Before joining Celgene in 2009, Janeen held various positions in Clinical Research across biotechnology companies. Janeen has a BS in Biology and a Master of Business Administration.
